Local store pick-ups are charged a flat rate of $5. Please allow an extra 2 days for order processing.

Oversized and Heavy Items
Some of the larger and/or heavier items also incur additional handling charges. These products are identified with a special handling charge on the product display page and in your shopping cart. This charge is in addition to standard shipping and handling charges listed above.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship the business day following the date the order is received. Business days are weekdays excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. During peak seasons, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Generally, standard shipping takes 5-10 business days, however shipping times are not guaranteed. If delivery time is critical, we recommend using one of our expedited shipping methods.
How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. For return instructions, you may call customer service at (715) 833-1020, M-F, 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Central Time. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned.
Can I see your products in a near-by store? Yes, most of our products are available for purchase at our retail stores in Eau Claire, Fond du Lac, Janesville and Schofield, Wisconsin. You may wish to call ahead to be sure the particular item you're interested in is in stock.
