During peak seasons, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Generally, standard shipping takes 5-10 business days, however shipping times are not guaranteed. If delivery time is critical, we recommend using one of our expedited shipping methods.
Yes, most of our products are available for purchase at our retail stores in Eau Claire, Fond du Lac, Janesville and Schofield, Wisconsin. You may wish to call ahead to be sure the particular item you're interested in is in stock.

4. How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. For return instructions, you may call customer service at (715) 833-1020, M-F, 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned.

7. Do you have a guarantee?
We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase at 50-50 Factory Outlet. If you are not satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase. We'll exchange or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
